About the Job
We are a new Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Wellness Clinic opening on 380 in Prosper, TX, targeting an early April opening (construction is currently on schedule). We’re building a modern, patient-first clinic focused on great care, great service, and a strong community presence.
Schedule & clinic hours: We will start with a soft opening and grow quickly:

- Initial schedule: 2 days/week.
- Growth plan: ramp toward 6 days/week as patient volume increases.
- Operating hours:
- Primary Care: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Urgent Care: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join us part-time starting in early April, with the ability to increase days as we grow. Although we will have a collaborating MD and an occasional visiting MD, the NP will serve as the lead day-to-day care provider and play a key role in shaping clinic operations and patient experience from the ground up.
If desired, this role can transition from part-time to full-time, with full-time potential beginning around 4 days/week and expanding based on clinic demand.

What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of clinical experience in a clinic/ambulatory setting preferred.
- Confident, patient-centered provider who values quality, consistency, and strong follow-up.
- Comfortable working independently with physician collaboration available as needed.
- Team-oriented attitude and alignment with clinic culture and values.
- Interest in participating in the clinic’s online visibility (professional presence, patient education content, etc.).
Requirements:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Texas.
- Strong patient satisfaction mindset and dependable scheduling.
- Positive team interaction and commitment to a supportive workplace culture.

Compensation:
Competitive compensation package based on experience and schedule (hourly for part-time and salaried options available for full-time).
